Meaties believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore an easy cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
2. The cancellation request will not be accepted if it is placed on the day of delivery.
3. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Meaties group has obtained on special occasions like Durga puja, Kali puja, Christmas etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
4. Meaties does not accept cancellation requests for preorder items.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service at the time of delivery. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Return/ Refund Policy
We accept return and refund request only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective. If the seal of the product is broken then return/refund will not be applicable.
If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers’ bank account. A refund usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
